OTTOMAN COVER
MATERIALS
Purchased ottoman slipcover
1/4 yard of green print fabric
1/4 yard of paisley fabric
1/8 yard of pink print fabric
1-inch-diameter buttons

Cut and prepare the fabric appliqué shapes for the ottoman slipcover. Our slipcover is 30 inches in diameter and we used five sets of appliqué shapes around the top. Adjust the number of appliqué sets as needed for your slipcover. For each appliqué set, cut one fleur-de-lis from pink print fabric, cut two large paisley shapes from green print fabric, and cut two small paisley shapes from paisley fabric. Be sure to flip the large and small paisley template patterns over on the fabrics once for each set to create the mirrored shapes. Evenly space the appliqué sets around the ottoman top and hand-appliqué in place. Attach the large green paisley and fleur-de-lis shapes first, followed by the small paisley shapes. Sew a button below each fleur-de-lis.
