Fill a clear vase with dried grasses—pampas and bamboo are available at crafts and import stores—or clip ornamental grasses, twigs, or weeds from your yard. Tear a thin band of handmade paper, wrap around the vase, and secure with raffia or twine. Place the vase on a square of stones or tiles preglued to a net backing, available at home centers.
