Tools + Materials
Wrap the belts around the shade to test the fit. Use the pliers to remove links if the belts are too large for the shade. Brush just a whisper of polyurethane adhesive (if you use too much, the glue will seep out) on the back of a link, press it to the shade, and clamp with a clothespin. Continue with the remaining links. Allow the glue to cure overnight.
