1. Loosen the ceiling plate of a light fixture (this makes it easier to work decorative paper around the ceiling opening and wiring).
2. Paint an ornate frame white. Attach the frame to the ceiling with construction adhesive (be aware that it may cause damage to the ceiling if you try to remove the frame).
3. Brush the back of vintage music sheets with decoupage medium and smooth in place on the ceiling, overlapping the sheets as desired. Brush the sheets with a finish coat of decoupage medium. Let dry, then reattach the ceiling plate.
