Break up a wide expanse of kitchen cabinets by using two values of the same color. These upper cabinets are painted a lighter tint of citrus green than the base cabinets. Go a step further and add ribbed-glass inserts to a few cabinet fronts—this allows you to display your fine dishware and lightens the feel of the kitchen. Fun drawer pulls—asparagus stalks—are used with coordinating accent curtains to finish the theme.
