Flowers on the Inside
Build a window box or purchase a ready-made planter to display blooms indoors.

Paint decorative wood brackets to match the box and window frame. Mount the brackets to the wall, screwing the mounting plates into wall studs if possible, then screw the bottom of the box into the tops of the brackets. Line the box with a plastic tray, and arrange plants in individual plastic pots so they're easy to tend.
